Cool idea, needs work
A great start to a great idea. Im really looking forward to seeing the app mature. Haters mostly seem to not understand that the app is using open databases to create the visualizations, perhaps expecting that the app will turn their device into some kind of futuristic standalone RF Tricorder.
Yet, there are a couple of things that could use some work:
-The current location is actually not current. From what I can tell, the location is pinned to wherever I am when I first start the app. It would be great to see the RF environment change as I drive around.
-For some reason, South is North and East is West. The arc of geostationary satellites extends across the north sky instead of the south (Im in Mid Atlantic USA). The compass pointer reads opposite of what it should.
-A nice future addition would be the addition of more frequency databases and the ability to select which ones are displayed. FCC ULS and Mass Media would be nice to display, especially if I could turn satellites off.
Nice job, keep up the good work.
